Installing Clip Ons, 38mm or 41mm Fork Size?

Hey guys,
I am going to be putting a set of clipons on my Seca, sourced from eBay, you can find them here:

I did some looking around when buying brackets for my dual headlights and came across a size of 41mm for the Seca's fork sizes. The headlight bracket fit fine, although it wasn't *that* snug. I did further research and I am coming across a 38mm fork size, for the Seca, including this site's FAQ.
Should I order 38mm or 41mm clip ons?
