Grips with integrated turn signals

I was searching around eBay for some turn signals and came across these grips with turn signals integrated into the bar ends, seems pretty cool:

What do you guys think? I am considering them as I am going for a streetfighter look and these would eliminate the need for front (and possibly rear) turn signals. This would be pretty cool coupled with an r6 tail light with integrated rear turn signals in the brakelights.
