Ride height options on stock forks & oil

I’ve searched and searched...
Is it possible to reduce sag and / or somehow adjust the ride height with spacers on the stock fork springs and oil?
I’m 80kg and the suspension is okay (to the soft side, but ok) but I would like to reduce the amount of sag from the front forks when I get on the bike. It’s a 2001 European N-model.
