Disecting the POS Bike

As I sat here and watch the price of the POS bike on eBay climb, I can't help but think that it'd be fairly easy to replicate. Not just that, but I think you could do it for under $500 including the costs of the Twinduro tires.

Take a stock Seca II (the POS bike is a '92 or '93 but that doesn't matter):
- Remove the tail plastics and cut the last few inches of metal supports off.
- Fit a Ducati Monster seat
- Bolt on a brace between the rear grab-handle mounts and attach an LED taillight to it
- Trim the undertail to fit the Ducati seat
- Fit a pair of Continential Twinduro tires (120/70R17 front; 120/90R18 rear (or 140/80))
- Cut-down a pair of 2007-2008 GSXR1000 mufflers and sleeve to fit.
- Cut down the stock headlamp/front fairing bracket and attach a pair of eBay LED foglamps/driving lights.
- Cut-down a YZF600R rear hugger (rear fender) and turn it into a mini fairing. Mount it to the forks using zip-ties.
- Cut down the stock front fender
