Hi all

I am planning to get my frame powdercoated over the winter, as well as painting the engine. There will be a few other bits too (stands, fork lowers etc)

What is the best order to strip the bike in?

Am I better off getting the engine out whilst the wheels/fork/swingarm are still on the bike, or should I remove absolutely everything else first? I can see it being easier to work with if its as light as possible, but then it might be easier to move around with the wheels on? Never done this before so any advice would be most welcome!

I also have a second frame that I may well use to keep all the bits from my main bike on, kind of like a rolling parts-storage-frame-thing. Having limited space I can see that being a bit of a bonus :-)
