Evening all, been progressing with the 400 cafe racer and I need some help/advice...
The bike frame etc will be gloss black and the engine satin black, so I’ve been slowly painting the engine using vht satin black paint and to save the bolts cracking the paint at a later stage I’ve been slacken8ng them off to paint round them....
Now my problem is.... there’s a bolt that sits directly under the chain tensioner that seems to have lost the thread, when I loosened it it felt like something dropped slightly inside the engine and now I can’t thread the bolt! Any one offer any advice.... the bolt hole in question is in the picture
