I am experiencing some difficulty turning my key from the off position to the on position. I have to insert the key, and put forward pressure on it in order for it to be able to turn. I have tried multiple keys, and the same issue occurs. The cylinder feels a little wobbly as well. I can move it a millimeter or so in all directions with the key. Is there a way to repair this? Does it have to be replaced, and if so, can it still be keyed the same?
