Quick question guys, I've seen multiple postings here that a lot of members have changed out their stock 17.5 pilot jets and replaced them with #20s because of the lean nature of the carbs and gov't restrictions etc. If I change the pilot jets, other than re-syncing and adjusting the pilot screws are there any other changes I need to do? Do I have to shim the needle jet? Change main jet? Everything else on the bike is stock. Thanks.
BTW, it's a 93 xj600 with Mikuni BDS26 carbs in case that matters.
Also, does anyone know where to get them? I can't find them anywhere. Bike Bandit, Old bike barn, Ebay, etc...
