Control Levers?

Does anyone know if there are aftermarket contol levers out there that will fit the Xj600? I would like to get some with a shorter reach, I have smaller hands, (usually wear a size small glove) and would like to get some levers a bit closer to the bars for better control. Any one have any experience with shorty levers? I see them all the time in my searches but don't know if i would like them.
