Anyone tried skinning a part with real carbon?
I'm expecting the bits to turn up tomorrow so I can skin the black bit of my headlight unit / speedo surround which I've had in carbon vinyl wrap for a year or two now.
If all goes well I'd like to do the mudguard aswell.
I've heard it's easier than vinyl wrapping and obviously I've successfully vinyl wrapped this part in the past so I should be OK, but if anyone's done it before have they got any tips?
I'll try and post results in a few days if it's not a complete mess.
