Thoughts on this LED headlight?

A bit of a dead horse here, but what do you guys think of using this headlight for me naked XJ?

I am tired of the fairly weak headlight that I have on it now, and the bucket is showing it's age.

I'm thinking that I'd not use a bucket on this one, but mount it directly to some new headlight brackets using the threaded holes in the back end of the bucket. If this doesn't feel sturdy enough, then I can pick up a new 7in bucket. I'd have to protect the vent hole, but I'm sure I can figure that out.

You guys see any problems with this idea that I don't?
