Scott here from Perth, Scotland. Just got myself a black 97 XJ600N. Still in the process of sitting my full licence and in the meantime have stripped the bike back to the bare frame and done a full nut n bolt resto.

About me: 30 yrs old, web designer/developer for a global investments company based in Edinburgh. Been biking for nearly 10 years, through off-roaders and a few years ago done by CBT. Ran a CBR125 for 2 years but hated the riding position, and managed to swap it for a custom cruiser.
The wife then fell pregnant, and bike was sold to fund baby stuff. Now doing a daily commute of 100 miles to work, and spend nearly 1.5 hours sitting in stationary traffic. Fed up of it so finally getting on 2 wheels again, XJ600N this time, and will filter through the traffic.
