hi

I dont suppose any of you fine chaps know what thread is on the banjo bolts on the front brake calipers?

I have a stuck piston (I found this out after making every mistake under the sun including allowing one piston to come out and then removing it from the bike). I have a good supply of air at about 10 bar at work (actually 276 bar but that might be overdoing it!!) to blow it out with but need a means of connecting the air supply to the caliper

so the plan in my head goes something like this - put first piston back in, slip piece of wood in caliper to hold it, apply 10 bar of air and blow pistons out, remove seals, clean caliper in sonic bath (again, at work) replace seals, fit to bike. hopefully by this time my vacuum pump will have arrived to bleed the system - I've already tried to put it back on and use the brake lever to remove the piston but couldnt get any pressure at all!

cheers

Jim
