New around here

Hi, I am for all intents and purposes a new rider. I am 50 years old,in my late teens/early twentys I rode a few friends bikes but not enough to count. Last Saturday I purchased myself a 92 xj600 with 30,000 miles on it. Runs good,good tires, chain and sprocket. Looks nice,paint is a little faded fairing is in good shape. Doesn't appear to have been ragged out or to have ever been down hard. I will post some pictures once I get it back from my local shop. Having oil, filter changed, plugs, air filter, rear pads, brake systems flushed and valve cover replaced for a minor leak. Glad to have joined, been doing quite a bit of reading over the past couple of weeks
