yzf600 rear caliper on xj600

hi i was wondering if a rear caliper from a yzf600/thundercat would fit on my xj600. ive been riding without a rear brake for a while now and sense its getting to the cold months im thinking i might need one. mine is ruined beyond repair. any and all info would be great.
