xj600 pre divvi/seca HELP WITH REAR SHOCK

Hi all really struggling to find a rear shock to fit my Yamaha xj600 pre diversion 1991 the shock appears to be bottoming out over little bumps and its beginning to become uncomfortable does anyone know what other rear shock will fit this bike don't really want to go down the rout of buying a new shock as funds don't allow it really any help possible will be appreciated thanks ladies and gents
