Just won't stay running

Hey everyone, so my '93 seca has been sitting for nearly a year. I've cleaned the fuel pump (it's pumping fuel), I've cleaned the gas tank, carbs, and spark plugs, I've successfully started it with starter fluid and of course it boggs down. Last time I did this procedure, I waited another day and it miraculously ran and stayed running, however I don't want to chalk it up to a miracle. What could my issue be?
