Making new fuel rail o-ring gaskets

Ok guys...we have (forum members) the collective redneck engineering power of many medium sized nations. Why do we not have someone with a die and some silicone making these for less than $50 a set? What do we need? Let's do this thing! Vinton, nitrile???
