Running lights (tail ligt)

Hello everyone. So my Tail running lights are not working.
-Brake lights are working.
-Head lights are working
-Back and front turn signals are working.
Thinking it was the bulb but I switched the cables of the "Running lights" to the cable of the Brake lights and they lit-up when I press on the brakes.

It's the weekend so I cant take it to any auto shop near-by. I was looking at the cable diagram and I saw that the running tail light (BLUE/RED) does a full circuit with the Aux lights in the UK version but I have the US version.

The (BLUE/RED) also runs to the ignition switch and I did convert my ignition switch to toggle (RED connecting to Brown) The (BLUE/RED) is being covered by electric tape. Also You might notice that the ignition switch in the US version only has 3 cables Brown, Red, and BLUE (BLUE converts to BLUE/RED after the plastic clips) .

I'm going to switch back to my old ignition switch to see if that is the problem. Thank you for your help.
