Am in the process of dong up the Xj thought I would clean up the engine a little. I took the carb manifolds off and carefully labelled them and took loads of pictures. Unfortunately I dropped my external hard drive last Thursday and it broke taking every piece of video footage and picture documentation I have. The PC is currently going through an undelete process and is in its 106hr and stil only 80%. Don'tne suppose anyone has a picture of the engine with the carbs removed so I can see the carb order, each is manifold is labelled L and R but the two left (furthest from clutch cover) have additional pipes and I thought when I took them off the pipes were on 1-3 not 1 & 2... hope that makes sense, if not, will again lol.
