I am trying to get my 1992 Seca to start. It appears the starter is trying to work, but the engine wont move past a point. I have tried to manually turn it over, but it seems to lock up at a certain point and wont go rotate any more. I have taken the top cover off to verify the timing chain isn't stuck and it doesn't appear to be. Any advice on how to troubleshoot without having to take the entire engine apart?
