Ducati Fuel Cap: Think It'd Work?

Here's a fuel cap from a Ducati 848, 1098 and 1198. It's made by the same company that makes the stock Seca II cap (AD) and looks like it uses the same mounting locations.

What do you think the chances are that it'd work with the Seca II?
