It doesn't look like it is running or dripping down from anywhere. It looks like it's coming between the dark gray cover and the engine block. Could the oil be the cause of this? Any thing else I should be looking at? Thanks.

I have developed a small oil leak (drip) and I cannot tell where it is coming from. I changed the type of oil on my last change and am wondering if this is the cause. I was using Valvoline 20w50 and changed to Lucas 10w40 semi-synthetic. It is right here:
