Ok guys, I have the stuff to repair the two damaged studs tomorrow but I need to know how you all manage to get the headers back on, especially with a Vance and Hines system. I have new gaskets in (oem) and I took the exhaust off so I know it fits (at least with the old gaskets, two of which are ruined now)...but I could only get two of the four pipes attached with one nut and only one with two nuts!). I know I could back the studs out 2-3 threads (if they don't break) but I don't want to risk that! Any suggestions?
I also need to know the length of the studs, just to make sure I have the right ones
