Hey guys. I'm doing a valve adjustment on my 1993 XJ600 Seca II and I need some advice. Here are my measurements and I was wondering if you can confirm that my calculations are correct.
The chart I have from the Haynes manual says;
Intake is within spec between 0.11 - 0.15mm.
Exhaust is within spec between 0.21 - 0.25mm
Both when the engine is cold of course.
So based on the tolerances in the manual are my calculations below correct? (I'm just rounding off those weird numbered shims. So the 278 would be 280 and the 268 would be 270 and the 272 would be 270.)
