Ok guys, the pilot screw was stuck...really bad, really, really, bad! Now I have tried heat cycles, pb blaster, candle wax follwed by heat/cold cycles, drilling out left handed bits with inserting a torx bit and "shocking" the threads a bit and trying to turn out with the torx bit (one broke off in the hole)...its just not going. So, I am very carefully enlarging those holes and have just got to the threads. I'm hoping I can get these out, it's just so tight in there. can someone measure the jet and thread count so I can get a tap to clean up the threads on the carb side of this mess.
If I can't pull this off, I need suggestions. do they make a heli-coil this small or am I looking at a set of carbs? Anyone have a set of carb bodies? I have all the jets and everything...
