sprocket swap??

You can get 16 and 17 tooth front sprockets on ebay pretty easily. I can't find the record of which one I bought (it was a 16t), but I think that some of the similar Yamaha bike sprockets are compatible and come in 16t stock. I think if you search here a bit you will find some compatibility information. You can also find smaller rear sprockets if you want a smaller effect than changing the front sprocket.
