Electrical issue stranded

So I rode my bike today to work like any other day, I get 3/4 the way home and my bike just shuts down. Battery is drained. I just replaced the battery about two weeks ago. Also when I did the check on the RR and stator (troubleshooting guide) everything checked out. I have been riding the past couple weeks no problem and this happens. Any suggestions?
