Ignition Bolt

I want to remove the ignition to have my locksmith make me a key for the bike but it has a pair of bolts holding it on to the frame and they have such a large head that they take up so much room as to not allow a socket to get in there. If anyone has an idea how to get these out I would appreciate it.
