I finally bought a set of JIS cross point screwdrivers, and picked up a bit set as well for my impact driver. I bought from Vessel Tools, they have a US distributor and seem to be one of the very few brands available for a decent price in the US. Shipping was a bit steep at $11.50, but I got 3 screwdrivers and 3 bits (one of each size) for $40 shipped after getting a 10% discount by googling for a coupon code (ST-Owners).
