Pilot jet and how to get to it?

Hey guys, i had the time today to take off my carbs for a cleaning. So i want to get the #20 pilot jet, but i don't seem to be able to locate it in the carb.
I have a picture of the carb opened, can anyone tell me what to do so i can get the pilot ject out!?


I am thinking i need to get the screws out, but then how do i get the jet out ... and which one of those is the pilot jet?
Please don't hate me, but i;ve opened motorcycle carb only once before and ... it was my old suzuki which was realtively easier to work with ...
Any suggestion how get it out are welcome, i know i might have to drill it out, but where to drill out from ... and how exactly?
