Came across this site whilst looking for some inspiration for my XJ600 Divvy project...
Bought her back in March 2011, as a right 'nail', in order to restore her back to an original. Unfortunately marital issues (not because of the bike) forced the project to be put on hold for a year and a half...
However, I have her back and intend on resuming, but with a slight change...
Instead of going down the restoration route, I'm going to add an element of 'streetfighter' to her... Nothing radical, just more like a modified naked version...
Colour scheme is predominantly Black and White, but going to splash a bit of Red in there (Yamaha centenary colours)...
I'll post in the 'Projects' section of this site so you can see where I'm going with it (have pics of her from when I got her, up til now)...
Looking forward to sharing my experience with you guys, and hopefully, along with the inspiration I've had, you can help me out with any issues I might encounter...
