They look like bates headlights.
The pics are conning up tiny on my phone so can't see the wires.
But you usually have 3 prong wire for the bulb and 2 wires for a small sidelight that sits on the bottom of the headlight reflector inside.

If it is that then it goes to a blue/red and black wire
