Front Master cylinder leaking?

So I went to bleed the front the brakes today to start getting my project wrapped up and as I'm bleeding the brake I am noticing a small leak coming from around the little view window for the fluid level. Apon further inspection that window is moving back and forth a bit in it's little area. I am thinking that I am F'ed but wanted to see if maybe I just need to drain the fluid and pop that guy back into place or if maybe adding some sealant around the thing would help at all. I don't expect that sealant would work worth a damn but... Let me know what you guys know!!! Thanks!
