I thought I'd dive into making my own custom set.
Purchased this shell to hold my gauges and indicators
I'm thinking about using an electric speedo in it rather than the mechanical set since I have neither the stock cable
or the speedometer.

I was wondering if this will fit up to the stock xj speedo (which already is on the bike's front wheel) and allow me to run the aftermarket gauge of my choice? It looks fairly straightforward, square drive on one end uses signal generator to send electronic speedometer what it needs. Let me know what you guys think.
