autometer gauge cup modding for FZ600 speedo?

does anyone have some pics of the back of a FZ600 speedo installed in an autometer gauge cup? I know they need to have the hole in the back opened to allow the speedo cable cable hook up thru but would like an idea of by how much. also any tips on drilling the hole for the trip reset? i just want to make sure i dont mess it up. Thanks
