Winter is over. My baby wont start.

Whatsup guys winters over, I left my bike in a friends garage, I tried starting the other day and she wouldn't turn over. Definitely needs some oil I plan on using some full synthetic 10w30 due to the colder climate of upstate NY. I cant recall what was used last year but my oil seems to be pretty much vanished so I plan to just pour some in unless the big man radare suggests otherwise. Any tips or suggestions on my dewinterization would be very much appreciated I am a young rider with very little motorcycle guidance so please feel free to talk to me like I dont know a damned thing about my own vehicle. Im also still repairing from my accident last summer although when I winterized her she was mechanically sound (enough to ride) but the aesthetics aren't there. Right now I have no front fairings and my headlight and and gauges are bare. I am interested in the most cost effective method since Im 20 and broke, but am very open to a naked conversion. I would love to hear what some of you fellas would do with the lemons life gave me. Lastly what is this countdown in 27 days for? Thanks for your help!
