Disasembly of front brake master cyclinder?

So I have the front brake master apart to the point where I see a little rubber boot around the plunger shaft. I want to take it all the way apart so that I can clean and inspect inside. Inside my resivour was some crusty stuff so I suspect there is some inside the devil as well. Does anyone know hoe to get the rest apart? Do I need to remove that little rubber boot, and how do I do that? I saw 1Oldmans post about taking it apart but it was a little non discript in how to get the boot off and what not. Does it just pull out? I don't want to rip anything while doing this.
