Front Fender Molding - Reshape

So I just sanded down my front fender and have fes small cracks in it. Looks Like I'll be getting some ABS cement here soon! Anyhow the back of the fender is a little deformed from getting too hot by the headers. Can I just use a heat gun to heat it up and try to mold it back into shape a bit? Or should I just run it as is or order a new one? Also is the plastic of the fender a light grey color? I don't seem to be getting down to anything black even on the edges?
