exhaust baffle

Any of you guys ever used a baffle that slides in 2" id exhaust pipe? They use them on vtwins a lot but I'm unsure if it quite down the xj. Idont want to use a can cause I like the look of just the 2" exhaust pipe peekig out from the bottom of my rear set. Any ideas?
