This innocuous little piece of 3/8's fuel line is a handy little tool for getting your spark plugs started without cross threading, especially in #2 and #3 cylinders. It has a piece of 3/8's wooden dowel in the center for rigidity and the end is painted as a reminder not to throw it away. :brow:
