Long story short, the carbs on my ’92 Seca II don’t seem to be delivering any fuel. I’ll be happy to provide additional details, but I think I’ve narrowed it down to this:
Fuel is getting to the float bowls but not to the cylinders. I did my best to clean out the carbs and make sure the jets were clear of any debris, but I can’t even get the engine to sputter unless I manually feed fuel or starter fluid to the cylinders. Then when I do directly fuel the cylinders like that, the engine runs great for as long as I continue to do so.
What issues could prevent any fuel from getting to the cylinders from the carbs?
Admittedly, I don’t know a lot about carbureted engines, so it’s certainly possible I put something back together incorrectly. I’m just not sure what it could be that it would prevent the engine from running even a little bit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
