[/center]Thanks to everyone who voted (back in May)! It is certainly an honor to have my XJ600 listed up here with the others that deserve the spotlight more than I. My apologies for the delay in posting this feature.
As you may or may not know, this is my second XJ600 that I found back in August of 2011. You can see the entire project by visiting the thread dedicated to it, but I thought it'd be neat to share some images of its transformation. It has certainly undergone a lot of change!
This is the day I brought it home. The guy I purchased it from was nice enough to truck it home for me. Thinking about it, even my '92 was trucked home for me by the PO. Don't let this picture fool you...
...It was pretty nasty. Someone bought it in 1995, put 2K miles on it, and parked it in 1998. There it sat until I came along 13 years later to rescue it.

Had to undergo a temporary engine transplant :'(
But I still rode it every day

I have ridden a lot of different bikes. Fast, slow, big, small, beautiful, ugly. But at the end of the day, I come home and get on my XJ600...
...and it just feels like home.
