Vacuum Problem?

Hi Folks! What a great forum here... Thanks for all the help to this point getting my 93 running-ish... Now that I've rebuilt the carbs ( like 10 times) I have the bike running great... Then she warms up and all heck breaks loose... The only way I can explain it is she gets fuel starved after several minutes then the idle goes to about 4k for a minute then she dies and won't start again unless I put her in prime?!?.. I've looked thru many of the threads here but I have not seen this exact problem... HELP!?>!?!?! :wallbash: :help:
I thought buying a bike was supposed to be relaxing.. :)
