Hey everyone, quick question.
Only had my Seca 2 for a few weeks now, and it's my first bike so I'm new to everything. What are some obvious signs that you're not running on all cylinders? Lately I have been noticing that when I start from a stop, I have to give it some gas beforehand while releasing the clutch to prevent it from jerking, granted that may just be user error since I'm not experienced, or perhaps what you SHOULD do. Also how powerful should the engine/bike be? I don't really know how to gauge it, all I know so far is that it's not as fast as my friend's Honda Repsol CBR 600rr copy (previous owner painted it himself), and I know our bikes are detuned but I shouldn't have too much of a problem keeping up right?
Also my koso speedometer has only been reading up to 2k rpm since install, so today I decided to mess around with it and change the piston setting to 2 instead of 4, and that made it go up passed 4k rpms, and that got me worried. :what:
Any ideas?
