Got the carbs cleaned on my '92, #20 pilot jets installed, air misture screw plugs removed,floats set and opted not to install the shims recommended in the 10 cent tune. I've got a couple of questions I hope your collective expertise can answer. 1) If anyone has simply changed the pilots to #20, what would you recommend the air adjustment screws be set at? 2) Of what value is that rubber splash pad that covers the front and top of the carbs? Anyone recommend removing it?
