93 seca2 way too rich and long warm-up period

i have a 1993 seca 2 that i picked up for basically pennies, it has been sitting since 95, definately an amazing barn find. anyways i cleaned the carbs real good and it takes forever to warm up, when it does warm up it runs way too rich, constant fuel smoke. i haev had the carbs apart a few times trying to figure it out, im to the end of my rope here, i hav e no clue where to go from here... any help would be greatly appreciated
