So I am working on syncing my carbs, and I pulled a plug to take a look. It's white, so the bike is running lean. My Haynes manual says nothing about air/fuel adjustment, just that it's gov't controlled... Is there a way to make the mixture slightly richer or would it be something else going on? These carbs were cleaned by the previous owner and put back on the bike by me.
