Fuel tap position!!!

Hi, I can't seem to find the position for main tank fuel tap position, I have bought a manual, can't find it in there, had a look on line - no joy there! Could someone who knows let me know which way the narrower, pointier end faces, up or down please, the reserve tank points in the opposite direction??? Thank you for reading
