Hi guys, got a UK XJ600s "Diversion"
It's running really badly at idle. I have heat gunned the cylinders and at idle cylinders 1 and 2 are less than 100C but cylinders 3 and 4 are between 250C and 300C
Essentially, I believe that the pilot jets are clogged on cylinders 1 and 2. I ran the bike on choke and all 4 cylinders picked up to about 300C
Does anyone know if the UK carbs have replaceable pilot jets or are they pressed in? Can they be cleaned or need replacing?
